|
| Once the project is approved by the board,
the landowner should have the projects design completed and reviewed by the
designated technical team member. Once the design is reviewed, the landowner must contact
at least two contractors to receive bids for the work. |
Landowner and technical team |
|
| After the low bid has been accepted and
permits obtained, the landowner should contact the designated technical team member to
request that the practice be staked. |
Landowner |
|
| As work on the practice takes place,
documentation including photographs will be gathered for use promoting the implementation
of similar practices. |
Project staff |
|
| The landowner is responsible for
overseeing the contractors work. When the work is completed, the designated
technical team member must perform a final inspection to certify that the practice was
installed according to design specifications and that the submitted bill is appropriate. |
Landowner and technical team |
|
| Once the landowner submits a copy of the
bill and the site has passed its final inspection, the project will submit the bill for
payment. |

|
| The landowner will be paid once the
payment is approved. |
